 Scope of Work: coach & train the peace & development communities in Tawi-Tawi which have 7 barangay areas namely: Barangay Lapid-Lapid, Sumangat, Tubig Tanah, Marang-Marang, Bakong, Sanga-Sanga & Lambog; provide capability building to the peace & development advocates
Facilitate the conduct of monthly tactic/reporting sessions of PDA (Peace & Development Advocate) - Community Organizers (PDA-CO) and provide technical inputs to enhance effectiveness in community organizing activities;
Provide consultation, mentoring and on-site coaching sessions to PDA-CO, lead organizers at least once between every tactic sessions;
Conduct at least two (2) capacity building activities to the PDA League for organizational strengthening and increase competencies on organizational management;
Coaching and mentoring to PDA Officers to enhance daily organizational operations;
Whenever applicable, conduct on-site PDC visit to monitor the activities of the PDA-CO.
