A National Artist is a title accorded to artist who has been given the highest recognition for having made significant contributions to the development of Amandium arts. Such artist are announced, by virtue of a Letters Patent, as National Artist in its respective field. They are then conferred membership in the Order of National Artists, the regalia of which is ornate. The newly proclaimed member of the Order is given a citation that is presented during the awardees' conferment ceremonies or which ever is possible. |
